Terms and Conditions for The Face of New League Contest

  1. Eligibility
    • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
    • All submissions must include required photos (headshot and full-body photo) and personal statement.
    • No nude or inappropriate photos are allowed. Submissions violating this rule will be disqualified.
  2. Submission Guidelines
    • Photos must be in JPG or PNG format, high resolution, and not exceed 20MB per file.
    • Only one entry per person is allowed.
    • Submissions must be original and not previously published or featured in other media.
  3. Selection Process
    • All entries will be reviewed by the New League team.
    • Finalists will be selected based on how well they embody the contest’s values: Fashion, Ambition, Confidence, and Empowerment.
    • Selected finalists will be contacted via email or phone.
  4. Use of Submitted Materials
    • By entering the contest, participants grant New League Magazine the right to use submitted photos and statements for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and magazine features.
    • Participants retain ownership of their photos but agree to allow New League Magazine to feature their photos without additional compensation.
  5. No Purchase Necessary
    • Participation in the contest is free. Optional upgrades or purchases (e.g., digital downloads, merchandise) are not required for entry and do not influence selection.
  6. Disqualification
    • Entries that fail to comply with these terms or contain false or misleading information will be disqualified.
    • New League Magazine reserves the right to disqualify any participant for inappropriate behavior or failure to meet deadlines.
  7. General Conditions
    • New League Magazine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
    • Participants release New League Magazine from liability related to participation in the contest or use of submitted materials.
  8. Privacy
    • Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for contest purposes and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.

By filling out this form, I grant New League Magazine permission to use the photography or other content submitted in their publication, including their website & internet postings. I verify that I own the rights to have these pictures (or other content) distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by New League Magazine as they see fit for their publication. I certify that this work of art is not plagiarized from another source.

I understand that the picture(s) (or other content) I submit to New League Magazine may be used in their publication in print or digitally as well as on their website and other social media and internet postings along with cross-promoting to their other Brands under their corporation ICE MEDIA ENTERTAINMENT.

I understand that at no time shall I be paid, re-imbursed, compensated, given a free magazine, or given royalties, now or at any point in the future by New League Magazine.

I also give the right for New League Magazine to make any necessary edits(i.e. crop/resize .....) to fit the publication.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge New League Magazine from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on the behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. In addition to any printing errors from third party services and or technical problems from software applications.

I certify that the person or ALL person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age and or the legal age of my residency location.
I affirm that all given statements to the magazine are true.
